According to Yahoo News: A girl, then 15 years old was raped by a pastor was "to stand before the congregation and apologize for getting pregnant before shipping her off to Colorado, where she lived with another pastor and gave her baby up for adoption." The case was reported to the police within days when another pastor heard about it. Some strange things happened.
1. The police took no further action.
2. The reporting pastor also took no further action.
The case is now re-opened. But why it took 13 years to re-open the case....
