A poster Celsus posted a list of bible contradictions with detail reference to the verses.
HAS ANYONE SEEN GOD?
John 1:18 "No man hath seen God at any time."
Exodus 33:20 "Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live."
John 6:46 "Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God [Jesus], he hath seen the Father."

SHOULD WE KILL?

In 2 Sam. 7:8-17 God promised he would establish the throne of David forever, but for 2000 years there has been no Davidic king.
Note also that Rahab is praised in the Bible for lying in order to shield the Children of Israel.

WHEN DID PETER LEARN JESUS WAS THE CHRIST, AND FROM WHOM?
"The first thing Andrew did was to find his brother Simon and tell him, "We have found the Messiah" (that is, the Christ). And he brought him to Jesus. Jesus looked at him and said, "You are Simon son of John. You will be called Cephas" (which, when translated, is Peter)." John 1:41

HOW MANY DONKEYS DID JESUS RIDE INTO JERUSALEM?
One, according to Mark, Luke and John, but Matthew has him riding two at once - one full grown and one foal. Matthew apparently misunderstood the prophecy of Zech 9:9, and constructed his story in order to incorporate two donkeys.
Jesus Contradicts Himself, or demonstrates short term memory loss:
John 5:31 "If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true."
John 8:14 "Though I bear witness of myself, yet my witness is true."
Jn 13:36 "Simon Peter asked him, "Lord, where are you going?"
Then shortly afterwards Jesus says:
Jn 16:5 "Now I am going to him who sent me, yet none of you asks me, 'Where are you going?'
Jesus disparages the use of `signs' as a means of proving divinity in Matt 12:38-39, Mark 8:12, Lk 11:29.
Jesus uses signs to prove his divinity in Jn 3:2, 20:30, Act 2:22 Matt 11:2-6
Jesus refuses to disclose who he is, or allow others to do so. Matt 12:15-16, 16:16-12, Mk 3:11-12, 8:29-30, Lk 9: 20-21
Jesus tells the Samaritans (John 4:25-26) the Jews (John 5:39, 8:42,58, 10:24-25,30) the crowds (John 6:40) and others (John 9: 35-38) who he is.
Matthew 5:22 "Whosoever shall say Thou fool, shall be in danger of hellfire."
Matthew 23:17 "Ye fools and blind." [Jesus is speaking in both cases]

DOES GOD TEMPT PEOPLE?
James 1:13 "Let no man say . . . I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man."

God also put a forbidden tree in the midst of the garden of Eden, then allowed the serpent to enter and tempt A+E to eat of it.

WHEN DID PETER LEARN JESUS WAS THE CHRIST, AND FROM WHOM?
"The first thing Andrew did was to find his brother Simon and tell him, "We have found the Messiah" (that is, the Christ). And he brought him to Jesus. Jesus looked at him and said, "You are Simon son of John. You will be called Cephas" (which, when translated, is Peter)." John 1:41
Versus:
"But what about you?" he asked. "Who do you say I am?" Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God." Jesus replied, "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven." Matt 16:15
HOW MANY DONKEYS DID JESUS RIDE INTO JERUSALEM?
One, according to Mark, Luke and John, but Matthew has him riding two at once - one full grown and one foal. Matthew apparently misunderstood the prophecy of Zech 9:9, and constructed his story in order to incorporate two donkeys.
Jesus Contradicts Himself, or demonstrates short term memory loss:
John 5:31 "If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true."
John 8:14 "Though I bear witness of myself, yet my witness is true."
Jn 13:36 "Simon Peter asked him, "Lord, where are you going?"
Then shortly afterwards Jesus says:
Jn 16:5 "Now I am going to him who sent me, yet none of you asks me, 'Where are you going?'
Jesus disparages the use of `signs' as a means of proving divinity in Matt 12:38-39, Mark 8:12, Lk 11:29.
Jesus uses signs to prove his divinity in Jn 3:2, 20:30, Act 2:22 Matt 11:2-6
Jesus refuses to disclose who he is, or allow others to do so. Matt 12:15-16, 16:16-12, Mk 3:11-12, 8:29-30, Lk 9: 20-21
Jesus tells the Samaritans (John 4:25-26) the Jews (John 5:39, 8:42,58, 10:24-25,30) the crowds (John 6:40) and others (John 9: 35-38) who he is.
Matthew 5:22 "Whosoever shall say Thou fool, shall be in danger of hellfire."
